Supporting Colorado Nonprofit Organizations

GRANT  GUIDELINES

Mission: To aid individuals by funding Colorado Nonprofits that ensure safe and affordable housing, to educate on home ownership, and support disaster relief.

Charitable organizations which have received an determination letter from the Internal Revenue Service qualifying the organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Federal Tax Code. An applicant may be a government agency, housing authority or other entity which conducts activities consistent with the mission of the Colorado REALTOR® Foundation.

The housing program operates to support Colorado Nonprofit Organizations that provide safe, decent and affordable housing to Colorado residents. Grants will be given to qualified Colorado Nonprofits. Grants are awarded to an organization every other year.
